The Standard Omni is the best skate I have ever skated but I wanted a soul plate that better fitted my style of skating.
Thankfully, the awesome folks at Standard made this easy, by open sourcing their boot bases to allow people to make their own plates.
So, I present the Dark Make Standard Omni Soul plate.
With a generous positive and negative soul area, a well defined backside groove and straight outer and inner edges, these plates are fantastic for soul tricks, top side tricks, royales and cess slides. They also pair perfectly with the Dark Mage Prime Core Frame Walls.
Printed in fast and hard wearing PLA+, they should last well and keep you sliding fast. They are recommended for indoor park use so outdoor skaters’ results may vary.
You can also opt to add foam pads that sit between the boot and soul plate (like on the stock Omni plates) that aids in mitigating impact and ensure a tight, solid fit.
They are currently available in: Small, Medium, Large
